Ocean raises $28M to defend against AI-powered email phishing attacks
Ocean, an agentic email security startup, exited stealth in May 2026 with $28M total funding to tackle AI-generated phishing. The round was led by Lightspeed (with Picture Capital and Cerca), and Ocean already analyzes billions of emails monthly for Kayak, Kingston Technology, and Headspace.
