NanoCo raises $12M seed for NanoClaw after turning down $20M acquisition offer

NanoCo landed a $12M oversubscribed seed led by Valley Capital Partners after turning down a roughly $20M acquisition offer for containerized AI agent tool NanoClaw. Built as a security-first alternative to OpenClaw, NanoClaw runs sandboxed inside a container and went from first code to term sheet in under six weeks, boosted by open-source endorsements from Andrej Karpathy and Singapore’s Foreign Minister.
