whynopasskeys.com launched in June 2026, created by security researcher Scott Helme, and says about 1 in 4 of the world’s popular websites still don’t offer passkey logins. It flags Instagram, Netflix, and Spotify; Apple, Google, and Microsoft already support passkeys, which are device-generated and harder to phish, and Instagram needs a linked Facebook passkey.
