Lovable, the Stockholm-based vibe-coding startup, announced an expanded multiyear partnership with Google on Wednesday, June 4, 2026, that will increase its footprint on Google Cloud by five times, including AI usage.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms, but a person with knowledge of the deal told TechCrunch that Lovable will gain expanded access to both Anthropic’s Claude AI model and Google’s own Gemini models as part of the agreement.
The deal also connects Lovable to several other parts of Google’s ecosystem. Lovable’s new agent will be listed in Google Cloud’s enterprise agent marketplace, the Gemini Enterprise Agent Gallery — an arrangement the two companies first signaled at Google’s major U.S. cloud conference in April 2026. Additionally, Lovable will integrate with Wiz, the security firm Google acquired for $32 billion in a deal that closed in March 2026, enabling real-time identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities in code written by both humans and AI agents.
The Anthropic component carries particular weight given Google’s financial stake in the AI company. Google invested $10 billion in Anthropic in April 2026 and committed up to an additional $30 billion contingent on Anthropic hitting certain performance targets. This deal could help Anthropic reach those targets, as Lovable is among Europe’s fastest-growing startups. The company reported crossing $400 million in annualized revenue in February 2026, adding $100 million in a single month with 146 employees, and claims more than half of Fortune 500 companies use its product in some form.
For Google, the arrangement may serve a broader financial purpose. The company plans to spend between $180 billion and $190 billion in capital expenditures in 2026 and is already selling a record $85 billion in equity to help cover those costs. Keeping both Lovable and Anthropic growing through enterprise deals could help fund that spending. By routing Lovable’s agents through Google’s marketplace, the cloud giant also aims to simplify enterprise procurement and billing, potentially making it easier for Lovable to attract larger customers.
